I really hate inefficient gov process. So I go to service Ontario to renew a license✅, you have to then take it to the back office and mail it out to me. What if, hold your horses, you had a printer in Service Ontario that could give me the renewed license immediately?? This works for renewals not new licenses. So freaking annoying.
This adds unnecessary risk to a system that works fine already. What happens when the printer jams or the secure card stock runs out mid-day at a busy Scarborough location?
